What information should I send for tool selection?

Please send work material, current tool model, size, machine condition, and current issues such as surface finish, tool life, or cost reduction target.

Are website prices final?

Website prices are reference prices. Our team will confirm price, quantity, unit, and delivery terms in the quotation.

Can CAGO compare with my current brand?

Yes. Send the current part number or product photo and CAGO can suggest suitable alternatives.

How do I request a quotation?

Add products to the quote cart or send details via the contact page. Our team will follow up.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most items have no minimum, but some are sold by pack — for example, inserts come in boxes. The selling unit and quantity are stated clearly in the quotation.

How long does delivery take?

Items in stock at the store and within our service area can be delivered right away. Items held in stock in Thailand ship within 3 days, while imported items take about 1–2 weeks. Delivery is free of charge.

How do I pay, and can you issue a tax invoice?

We accept bank transfer and issue full tax invoices in your company name. Credit terms are available by agreement for approved corporate customers, with the first order paid in cash.

Are the products genuine?

CAGO imports and distributes the PILOT brand directly, and sources other brands from trusted agents and suppliers with complete purchase documentation.
